We uphold a circular economy through e-waste recycling programs, partnering with certified recyclers to repurpose electronic devices and reduce landfill waste. Additionally, we promote paperless communication and efficient document handling to minimize paper use. Our eco-friendly commuting initiatives encourage public transportation, electric vehicles, and carpooling, supported by incentives and easy access to public transit. Our commitment to quality management is demonstrated through our ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certifications.

We also prioritize health and safety, ensuring a secure work environment through regular policy updates and proactive measures. Our cybersecurity practices include thorough Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) to address potential threats. Additionally, our Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) committee is dedicated to fostering a safe and inclusive workplace, empowering employees through training and maintaining a reliable channel for concerns. Collectively, these initiatives reflect our dedication to governance excellence.

Corporate Social Responsibility

At CIEL HR Group, our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives focus on education, environmental sustainability, and community health. We have successfully trained over 2,150 individuals in the BFSI, Healthcare, and IT-ITES sectors, with more than 1,500 securing job placements. Notably, over 1,600 of our trainees are women, including 400 in the healthcare sector, significantly enhancing their employment prospects.

Our commitment to environmental protection is evident through our advanced welding center in Bhubaneswar and food processing training programs, which promote both community well-being and sustainability. Collaborating with esteemed organizations like Tech Mahindra Foundation and Tata Strive amplifies our impact.

In partnership with Goonj, we conducted a collection drive for the second consecutive year, encouraging donations of clothes, stationery, and toys to support environmental sustainability and community well-being. This initiative fosters a culture of giving and responsible consumption.

CIEL HR also collaborates with various NGOs, inviting our members to volunteer in programs that align with their interests, ensuring our efforts resonate within the community.
