8-10 years of work experience, majorly in recruitment.
Business development for recruitment services.
Should have worked in Oil & Energy / EPC domain for the past at least 5 years with a client-facing / account management position.
Should be well versed with the engineering terminology in oil & energy domains
Knowing renewable energy sourcing will be preferable.
Good knowledge of headhunting/networking for sourcing candidates.
