Brand Finance Assigned CIEL HR a Brand Strength Rating of AA and Brand Value of USD 30 million
CIEL HR was featured in the India 100 2024 annual report of the most valuable and strongest brands by Brand Finance, a leading brand valuation consultancy, in June 2024. The India 100 by Brand Value is the result of an objective assessment of over 250 Indian brands across various sectors, including B2B and B2C. CIEL HR is the only company from the HR industry to be included in the list.
The study assigned CIEL HR a Brand Strength Rating of AA and a Brand Value of USD 30 million. According to the report, “This rapidly growing brand presents a compelling future prospect.”
Brand Valuation Methodology
Brand Finance employs a rigorous methodology combining qualitative and quantitative analyses. The evaluation involves:
- Brand Impact: Reviewing royalties paid in the sector and analyzing profitability differentials between branded and generic entities.
- Brand Strength Index (BSI): A structured index covering:
- Inputs: Investment in activities like marketing and R&D that build future brand strength.
- Equity: Stakeholder perceptions measured via surveys and secondary data.
- Outputs: Market performance indicators such as market share and customer retention.
- Revenue Attribution: Identifying revenues attributable to the brand and applying royalty rates derived from BSI scores to calculate its value.
